Reviews

For the last 5 years I have been taking the seeds of broccoli Lucky, a very successful hybrid. Last season, sowing seeds in the greenhouse March 18, April 30 planting in the ground. And so it turned out, these are the first heads, and the sides are small, but a lot of them were cut off by the latter at the end of September. And about the "does not bloom" only depends on you, you need to cut in time, not allowing to outgrow.

I plan to plant the Partenon F1 broccoli hybrid next year too. I have these seeds, also from SAKATA, but the truth is not from Gavrish, but from Prestige (probably this is the same thing). On the package it is written that the seeds are treated with tiram and do not require soaking. This year I planted the seeds of broccoli hybrid Maraton F1 on March 23, on the packaging was exactly the same information, the seeds themselves are blue. I didn’t process them, didn’t warm them, didn’t cool them, I didn’t do anything with them. Just before planting in root water, I spread the root powder and added liquid phytosporin and spilled the soil with this solution, then made a small indentation with a pencil, about 1 cm, dropped a dry seed into it and sprinkled it with purchased soil, slightly compacted. After 3 days, all seeds of this hybrid sprouted safely. Four days ago, in the garden, this hybrid of broccoli Maraton F1 looked like in the photo.

I also had problems with broccoli, until I got into the Fiesta variety, now I buy a couple of years in advance, otherwise it is not always on sale. Previously, I tried all sorts of varieties - some flowers, but the Fiesta doesn’t fail every year, even if it’s hot, even though it rains ... I think the choice of varieties for each locality is also of great importance.

If you are still considering whether you will grow the most beneficial broccoli in the coming garden season, then decide on it as soon as possible. Soon it's time to sow seedlings!
